Prizes

The philosophy of the California Stock Market Simulation is that all students who participate in the Stock Market Simulation are winners as they learn to apply economic decision making skills to the world of economics and investing.

Because some teams enjoy viewing the simulation as a competition, we recognize teams with the largest portfolio values, who have adhered to all the rules, in the following way:

Members of the top three teams in each division will receive Amazon gift cards in the following amounts:

1st Place - $25

2nd Place - $20

3rd Place - $15

Each team will receive up to five gift cards. If your team has fewer than five students, please feel free to use the remaining gift cards to purchase something for your classroom.

Attention Please!

In order to qualify for prizes, your teams must comply with all the rules of the simulation! Only the simulation titled With Rules is eligible for prizes.

We ask that you read the rules that are included in this portfolio, and remind students to read them, understand them, and follow them.

IF YOU ARE PLAYING IN THE “NO RULES” DIVISION YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PRIZES

The Spring 2016 session of  the California Stock Market Simulation has come to an end.  After a thorough review and audit of all portfolios we are pleased to announce the names of the top three teams in each division.
